Istituto Tecnico Statale "Vincenzo Arangio Ruiz"

The Istituto Tecnico Statale "Vincenzo Arangio Ruiz " is situated in EUR, a modern quarter in the South-Western part of Rome. EUR is the acronym for "Esposizione Universale Roma", which was planned for 1942 and never took place because of the war.

The big and comfortable school building dates back to the Seventies and has always been the seat of the Arangio Ruiz Institute. Our school has a long tradition in experimenting new education curricula; its Several European education projects:

Four modern languages are taught at our school: English, French, German and Spanish. The students of the grammar school for languages also have Latin classes. Many students have already decided to take their European Language Certification exams. Our partnership in the Leonardo Alpec (Apprendere le lingue per educare alla cooperazione) Project gave us the opportunity to start courses of English and French for teachers of other subjects than modern languages and for the administrative staff.
