In the Romanian partner school students are studying lots of informatics and programming - the students specialization being 'mathematics-informatics'.
That's why students were/ are interested in finding out which are the real chances for boys and girls in getting a job in this domain.
Students interviewed web developers, web designers and leaders of the human resources department of software producing companies.
The students were interested in finding out different aspects of software/ web developing and web designing professions and they found out information about: how and why the interviewed persons (male and female) chose their job, what are the main important aspect of these jobs, if the soft development/ programming/ web development is a 'typical profession' for men or for women and why. The human resources leaders offered our students information about the human resources policy of the company regarding the employment, especially employment in the informatics area.
